Hin Rap is a large rocky outcrop where on the north side the bottom drops down to 24 meters. It then gradually slopes back a long the eastern side to towards the south. The north is scattered with boulders over White sand. To the east is sloping reef which homes many of the gorgonian sea fans, and coral whips. This site is great for spotting, turtles, great barracuda and manta rays.
