The Burma Banks are a series of completely submerged seamounts. The shallowest Bank tops out at 15 meters from the surface and the surrounding ocean floor is over 400 meters deep. The Banks do not offer much in the form of pretty coral reefs. In the past Burma Banks was famous of the best shark dives. This changed within the last years so that most of the operators do not visit the Banks.
